for sessions and consultations by Sathya Healing – Alen Vran

1. Scope of application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all consultations, sessions, and personal guidance offered by Alen Vran (Sathya Healing), conducted in person, online, or by telephone.

2. Nature of the services

The services offered include:

Ayurvedic health and nutrition consulting
Energetic practices (energy work, self-healing support)
Shamanic healing, regression, and soul work
Spiritual counseling and soul guidance

Important notice:
These services do not constitute medical, therapeutic, or psychological treatment. No promises of healing are made.
In case of health-related issues, please consult a medical doctor or a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Appointment booking & procedure

Appointments can be arranged via the website, by email, by phone, or via WhatsApp.

An appointment becomes binding only after written confirmation.

Time slots are reserved exclusively for you.

4. Prices & payment

Prices depend on the duration and type of consultation.

Payment may be made either directly after the session or in advance (e.g. via PayPal, bank transfer, or credit card).

All prices are final prices.
No VAT is charged in accordance with the small business regulation.

5. Cancellation & missed appointments

Cancellations up to 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend the appointment will result in the full fee being charged, as the time slot was reserved exclusively for you.
Exceptions may be made in cases of verifiable and significant reasons, subject to agreement.

6. Disclaimer

Participation is at your own responsibility.

No liability is assumed for personal decisions, health developments, or any financial or professional consequences.

7. Confidentiality & data protection

All personal information shared during the consultation is treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties.

8. Copyright

All content (texts, images, concepts, PDFs, meditations) remains the intellectual property of Alen Vran and may not be used, reproduced, or shared without prior written consent.

9. Place of jurisdiction

Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the provider’s place of residence in Spain.

10. Final provisions

Should individual provisions be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The currently valid version of these Terms and Conditions shall apply.
